Objective. Using the data obtained in Perm Region as an example, to identify effectiveness of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for diagnosis Human Monocytic Ehrlichiosis (HME) at different periods from onset disease, and determine role HME structure infections transmitted by ixodic ticks using PCR enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
 Materials methods. A thorough clinical epidemiological examination 583 patients with acute febrile diseases developed after suction was carried out.
